Tao of Divorce LawTao of Divorce Law
Any testimony document,or demonstrative material. Evidence cannot be considered, i.e., used as the basis of a court’s decision, unless such evidence is admissible under the rules of evidence. Note that when courts consider making temporary orders at motion sessions, the rules of evidence generally do not apply since the court’s orders are only temporary, generally without prejudice at trial. See Rules of Evidence.
